Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with PawFlowz. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING TIMES
Standard shipping takes 7-12 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35 USD. Orders under $35 USD incur a flat shipping fee of $4.99 USD.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on our website via the Track My Order page, or on the carrier's website.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of your order date, please contact us at shoppawflow@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
